Holmes doesn't haave to fight or anything, just think. he is so clever that he can arrest villains without fighting. If he has to batman helps.
Sherlock deduce everything about Lex and Hannibal plans and create a trap. Batman fight and arrest them. Holmes is the brain, Batman the muscles.
