Set at the turn of the 19th century, Pride and Prejudice is the much-loved story of Elizabeth Bennet and her four sisters as they struggle with the problem faced by any accomplished young lady: how to find a husband. Encouraged by their incorrigible mother, the Bennet sisters must navigate the minefield that is high society and try to secure the future of their family through a suitable husband. Illustrated in an accessible and colourful style for all fans of manga and graphic novels.

Elizabeth and her four sisters are barred from inheriting their ageing father’s estate and face eviction. The sisters must secure their financial future through marriage. Our heroine has other ideas. She's vowed only to marry for love. Her eye is eventually caught by the singular Mr. Darcy, but who will save the Bennets? And will Elizabeth marry for love or save her family?

Eye Classics is a series of graphic novels that transforms classic literature into another art form featuring acknowledged leaders in the world of graphic novels and bandes dessines and writers whose work is internationally admired.
