Ok so this occurred to me yesterday. So it was stated that Powergirl has the largest breasts of anyone in the DC universe with Wonder Woman in second place. It was also stated that everything, everyone, and everywhere that exists in our universe also exists in DC meaning that Powergirl and Wonder Woman are both consistently drawn with to small of breasts since they should technically be bustier than any real world person and this is the bustiest real world person

This image proves it is possible for breasts to be to big.

She doesn't count either, since she is grossly overweight. But there really are women of healthy weight with very large breasts. Unfortunately most sites where you could see such women have a lot of nudity.

I really think Powergirl is the breast. Why does it always look nippy in her panels? Every comic she's in is titillating. She makes me take a stroll down mammary lane.

She's thinner as well. Thin was in in the 80s. It's like they compromised to give her wider appeal by making her like Supergirl with different costume. I don't know why they bothered. It didn't work so I guess people liked Supergirl's costume better.

I would like to first mention that I love Power Girl as a character, love her intellect, personality, humor, relationships, and stories. She is high on my list of favorites. That said, I'd say she's probably EE. As was said, DD is not as big as people make it out to be, but I wouldn't put her so far as FF or GG unless DC's artist is feeling lonely. I am using Amanda Connor's art as a general yardstick. They are big, but not pendulously massive.
