"Power Girl" #11 is the next-to-last issue for the current creative team of Palmiotti, Conner, and Gray. The series has been pretty well-received by most people, so it's a bit sad to see the team shift, but we'll enjoy it while we can.THE GOOD- Amanda Conner's art is a treat. I think what really caught my eye in this issue is the facial expressions. There's a wide variety of expression here that are great. There's nothing awkward looking about the pages, so it looks great. - Continuity mention f...

    Review: Power Girl #11 0

Power Girl must fight her friend, Terra, whose body has been taken over by the Ultra-Humanite's brain. THE GOOD Amanda Conner's artwork is a joy. She's got a light, appealing style that's finally struck the elusive balance so many comics artists have sought. Powergirl is pulverized by her best friends incredible moves. Powergirl gets back up and brings the fight to space and then underwater. Finally with Terra unconscience, Powergirl can get back to her battle with Satanna who has Terra's brain. Powergirl plays the bad cop and lasers Satanna's arm off. Powerg...

This Is The Chance of a Lifetiem 0

It's a real shame that Conner and Palmiotti are going to be leaving this series soon.  Power Girl is a fun character to read with them behind the helm  This story arc has been kinda fun in my opinion.  Yeah there were some filler issues that slowed it down in my opinion, but it didn't do enough damage to hurt the credibility this series deserves.  I just hope these guys finish up their story here before the switch over after #13.  After what happened to Ultra Humanite in this issue and Satanna n...

Last issue we had Terra save Power Girl from an attack by Satanna, but after a few little missadventures in a comic book store, and an attack by manhawks Powergirl discovers that Terra isnt Terra, but the Ultra-Huminite in her body, and Terras brain in an unknown location, and thus we begin Powergirl issue 11.....  So we open with a recap of Powergirl telling us how the Ultra-Huminite tryed to swap his albino ape body for powergirls, but after betting him and burning his ape body PG showed some ...
