    Assuming that there's no Catwoman, Batgirl or any other female hero involved in Gotham City.

    I'm sure that there's potential for Ivy and/or Harley to have at least dated Batman on occasions.

    There's a possibility that Harley may be too erratic for Batman's liking, while Ivy would be more mature, focused and understands how to please Batman on a date.
