@g_man: This was a pretty good podcast. I think Red Light Properties is an interesting book to read and I really like the ghost real estate concept. Plus the art looks interesting and I never seen it done before and wow that pretty cool that's there a turn off the lights effect in the lettering and art. The only thing that bothered me is Goldman's views on certain things that I won't discuss on. But I suggest he should check this game that's coming out called Murdered Soul Suspect for current and next gen consoles. It's very similar to his comic book and it maybe can give him some ideas on how he can make his Red Light Properties comic series into a video game. It's a detective who was recently murdered and he's a ghost trying to solve his case and many other people's case as well. He's basically a detective ghost, it's very interesting game he should look at and here's two videos of it. One is just the trailer and other one is an in-depth video of what the game is about. Funny picture by the way Tony, I barely saw you there until you posted a closer picture. lol

I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallly don't like Comic Vine's review policy, it doesn't even make sense not to review books you don't like.

I was already planning on picking up Red Light Properties, but I'm even more excited now. Dan Goldman is a fascinating guy. I really enjoyed his outlook on being American. Great interview!

@jonny_anonymous: Sometimes we do. We just focus on the books we want to review and ones people want to see reviewed. Every now and again, we focus on others. And we also dive into those not reviewed on the weekly podcast. We generally spend the first hour or so discussing them all.

Some times you do but usually you just skip over them. I'd rather see some reviews dissect a book to really see why it's not working, not just hate for the sake of hate but really deconstruct it. Only reviewing books you like isn't going to help pepole decide if they should buy them because chances are there going to buy Batman and Spider-Man ect anyway but with the other books we're left wondering "so are these other books bad or does the staff just not read them?"

@jonny_anonymous, personally I have decided to buy or not buy quite a few books based on comicvine reviews, even though the vast majority of books reviewed by them are 3 stars and up.

for the statue questions, I'd love a David Aja Hawkeye. covered in patches and drinking out of a coffee pot. Would be even better with a pizza dog sitting next to him.
