    Short summary describing this volume.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

One of the oldest comics magazines in France, it was created in 1945 with the title "Le Jeune Patriote" (The Young Patriot) by the Union de la Jeunesse Républicaine de France.
With numb. 30 it became "Vaillant-Le Jeune Patriote" and then just "Vaillant" and Editions Vaillant became its publisher.
With numb. 1 of 1966 (1239) it changed its name in "Pif Gadget", with numb. 682 of 1982 (1920) it changed again in "Le Nouveau Pif", in 1986 changed once again and became just "Pif".
In June 1992 the publisher Vaillant closed and the issues were published by a new company, Scandéditions, but only lasted 1 year.
Between 1993 and 1994 were published 3 more issues as "Pif Découverte" and, finally, in 2004 it was relaunched, as "Pif Gadget" again.

Here, even if the numbering order has changed several times, all the different volumes are indicated as one and the number of each issue indicates the complete sequence from 1945. The actual number of each issue is indicated in parenthesis after the title.
