Definatly Professor X, He has the most powerful Telepathic and Telekinetic powers of any human- mutant. Plus the Phoenix would heal him. So he would be its best host ever.

I really do hope that nobody else gets the Phoenix force. We do not need anymore people running around with it. I think it would lessen its value as a force of the universe.
