PHANTOM LADY’s crusade to avenge her family’s death lands her in the hands of her worst enemies. Her tiny teammate, DOLL MAN, is on the way to save her.

Continued from last issue, Jennifer is being held captive by Cyrus Bender. He threatens to torture her but before he can Jennifer's friend Dane, now shrunk down by his Shinkinator. The pair then go back to Maxwell Junkyard and Dane equips Jennifer with some of his latest tech.

Two weeks later, Jennifer and Dane go to Calvin City Lake, and practice with there new tech and powers. There they come up with there code names Phantom Lady and Doll Man.

Later the duo go back to Metropolis and attempt to stop Cyrus and the Bender Crime Family, and meet Funerella the hit man hired by Cyrus to kill Phantom Lady.
