The Circuit de Pedralbes is an urban motor racing circuit laid out in the streets of Barcelona in Spain with a length of 6.316 km.
Traced for the first time in 1946 in the western suburbs of the city, the circuit consisted of wide streets and fast turns. This track hosted the Spanish Grand Prix twice in 1951 and 1954, counting for the Formula 1 world championship.
Following the 1955 24 Hours of Le Mans disaster, which called into question the safety standards of the time, new rules were established which had the consequence of definitively condemning this type of route.
