Origin
Doctor Paxton Page was a scientist who created the cobalt bomb. He was also the father to Karen Page a love interest of Matt Murdock (Daredevil). He Later faked his own kidnapping and death so he could take the role as Death's-Head.

Death's-Head was created by Roy Thomas and Gene Colan .
Major Story Arcs
Karen Page investigates her father's disappearance and ends up at her parents’ house. She is being followed by Daredevil . At Doctor Paxton house Death's-Head attacks Daredevil with molten cobalt. However Karen Page is in danger of getting hit by the molten cobalt and therefore Death's-Head saves both Karen Page and Daredevil . Death's-Head end up getting hit by the molten cobalt and is therefore assumed to be dead. Later on Death-Stalker took the role as Death's-Head for a short period of time.

Powers and Abilities
Death's-Head can create a fireball filled with radioactive cobalt energy. Daredevil also said he had the strength of a dozen men. However if this was because Death's-Head was insane is unknown.

Death's-Head rides a horse which gives him extra speed. It is transparent because of Death's-Head radioactive abilities.
