    Paul Witcover is a Nebula-award nominated science fiction writer. He has written the books Waking Beauty, Tumbling After, Asylum, and Everland. In 1994, Witcover teamed-up with fellow science fiction writer Elizabeth Hand to write the series Anima for DC Comics. Anima lasted 16 issues.
