Description

A style of athleticism that focuses on getting an individual to the determined location in the quickest and most effective way. It focuses on using the human body to the fullest and utmost potential and using propulsion techniques to accomplish these goals. There are many ways to accomplish these goals and methods used include: jumping methods, running, vaulting type of movements, rolling actions, swinging from objects, and climbing things (along with others). These movements have been stated to appear very "natural" and "anamailistic" in nature, and ironically enough very apt......as they were initially designed by the Military based off of natural/animal elements for efficiency.
