    Initially he said he had been in Chinatown during a month and he have found Private Investigator Oliver Cutlass always in the middle of every nasty mess. He tried to take him to his headquarters in downtown but Cutlass finally escaped with the New Defenders.

    Finally he was catched by Private Investigator Cutlass discovering the way he tried to deliver information. His wife, Typhoon pegged his faint mongolian accent.
