    Origin

    Little is known about the Ozarks Kingpin's origin other then other villains know of him and are afraid of him and his Rock Salt Boys.

    Creation

    Ozarks Kingpin was created by Cullen Bunn and Salvador Espin for their five part mini series Deadpool & The Mercs For Money.

    The Ozarks Kingpin shows up at Deadpool's auction, where he is trying to sell the Recorder to the highest bidding villain, and the Kingpin offers Deadpool more money then he can count. The Kingpin then orders the other villains to back down and they listen due to his street cred. He then asks Deadpool to deliver the Recorder to the Ozarks, and even hires Highwayman to help.

    Later when Deadpool and his team get to the Ozarks, the Kingpin is already there and is ready to conclude his business when the Crazy Gang shows up and fight breaks out. The Recorder is destroyed, by Deadpool, but instead of being mad the Kingpin is grateful that no one gets the technology but still doesn't pay Deadpool or his team.
