    The explosive finale of the 4-part "The Insiders" crossover with TEEN TITANS! Lex Luthor and his allies threaten to finish what they started and tear the teams apart. What does Donna Troy have to do with it all?

    Continued from Teen Titans #25

    The Teen Titans and the Outsiders join up and defeat Lex Luthor and Brainiac, along with their controlled pawns Superboy and Indigo. Superboy is able to fight against his conditioning but Indigo is made flesh by Shift and then dies, rather killing herself than hurt others. Nightwing quits the team after all is said and done. e also see the return of Donna Troy.
