Businessman 'Technocrat' is not having a good day. His business trip to Markovia has just been stymied by a coup organized by murderous vampires. His best friend and bodyguard Wylde is attacked by a bear and then merged with it by a mysterious magician. Help arrives with the powered Geo-Force...who is then framed for the murder of the country's ruler. Oops.
