This orb(Drake Shannon was a very skilled lazor technician that worked with Justin Hammer. Drake Shannon is also the member of a Brooklyn biker gang.  At one point he kidnapes a girl with his gang but the gang is attacked by Ghost Rider.  Drake tries to ride away with the kidnapped victim and follishly tries to jump an uncompleted bridge.  Ghost Rider grabs the victim but Drake crashs and the moving motorcycle wheel rips apart his face leaving only one eye in tact.  He later made a bike with various lazer canons on it as well as a few other lazer weapons.  He plans to kill all bikers.  This Orb wears traditional biker cloths and his head is completely covered in black duct tae except over his good eye.
