    not really since The One-Above-All is whoever is currently writing whatever book you're reading...at least that's the way I take it....so he's every writer who's written for Marvel

    The One-Above-All is, basically, the Marvel generic concept of a supreme "Creator" God. I think some people might say that, yeah, this could be the writer, but I think it was originally meant to be simply a being at the top of the Marvel hierarchy, the unseen but supreme master of the Living Tribunal.

    He is all mentioned. He is simply an avatar "the unseen master of the living tribunal" and all else. But he is also the writers. They are the supreme omnipotence creating and defining all in the marvel universe. Even when you see Stan Lee in comics or TV himself, and he seems normal, powerless or unknowing of whats going on. This is simply because he allowed this or indeed written it to be that way.
