And so it contiues
Wildstorm is infamous for creating then destroying everything. this appears to be in keeping with that trend. While I like the book it seemed to have little to with Revelations. Referring back to revelations the conclusion involved Nemesis, Savant, and Jet uncovering a secret base that was cloning The High, a super man-esque type character that was "killed" by Storm watch years ago. Props to to the creative team for using this type of plot device. However, Number of the Beast introduces The Paladins. Why would your major event, the last and final event, introduce new characters? I enjoyed the book, and like who was brought out, but the idea of your major company event being the vehicle to introduce a new team is slightly insulting. Still I recommend Wildstorms Number of the Beast, as a stand alone book.
