In the alternate universe known as earth-4, Nora O'Rourke was the assistant and lover for the Peacemaker and both were helping President Harley in his mysterious scheme. However, Nora was capable to discover the meaning of the Algorithm 8. Scared about the real plans of Harley, Nora was killed before she could warn Peacemaker about the consequences of his actions. Her demise would attract the curiosity of the Question.
