    Teenager Armando Montez was an unfortunate scientific test subject who had numerous animal parts genetically grafted to his DNA.

    As Nite-Fall he secretes a pheromone which instills such an intense sense of fear in his victims that it makes them perceive everything around them to appear darker. Although he looks very fearsome, Nite-Fall is the happy-go-lucky member of the Section 12 “retrieval team”.
