Rooftop Rescue
Okay, first thing is first. I have to give the obligatory " even though it says R.I.P. on the banner, it has nothing to do with the story" warning. Now that I have that out of the way. In this issue, Nightwing gets shot. He preforms a rooftop rescue of District attourney Carol, stashes her away in a hideout, and makes a nearly unconscience flight to the cave to see Alfred. He is dealing with a lot of stuff here. He even has a conversation with Harvey Dent when he goes back to see Carol.
This is a fun and easy read, where we get a lot of really good dialogue. Between Two Face and Nightwing, but more importantly, between Alfred and Nightwing. It is almost reminiscent of The Dark Knight Returns.
As I said, do not be fooled by the R.I.P. banner, but I can still recommend this book for what it is.
