I am so glad Nightcrawler is coming back and I am glad Jason Aaron is doing it he seams to like Nightcrawler. Jason used him a few times back in the weapon X run right before he died in that crapy story. I really liked it when he was wolverine and Captain America's designated driver. I hope that Jason dose not bring him back just to be in the back ground I would love to see some Nightcrawler stories.

Could be this forum just doesn't get as much traffic. I'm a fan of Nightcrawler. Was kind of a bummer to see all three versions (e.g., 616, AoA, X-Treme X-Men) bite the dust in rapid succession there. Now we have North Korea version over in Deadpool and the 616 coming back though.

I must say that I hope Nightcrawler's father turns out to be an old mutant from biblical times and not actually a demon. Maybe he is just so delusionl that he has convinced himself that he is a demon?

His father being a demon is kinda meh. I also prefer his father to just be an old mutant.

I'm glad he's coming back. He was the glue the X-Men need.

@smiling4ever: well from the only preview picture I have seen Azzel (I don't know if I spelled his name right but you know who I mean) will be in the story so we will see which way he takes him

I'm super excited! I love Nightcrawler and I can't wait for his return.

I'm disappointed quite a bit by his return. Nightcrawler's death was one of the most meaningful moments in Second Coming, it feels like his return makes his heroic death meaningless.

@squares: Second coming was a crape story IMO all the stories that it led to were kind of just ok at best. I am so glad nightcrawler is coming back. Hopefully he will star in some fun and imaginative stories.

Kurt has always been one of my favorite X-Men, but I do not like Jason Aaron's X-Men work.

I've also heard that Aaron plans on revisiting Chuck Austen's (terrible) backstory for Kurt.

@xwraith: be positive man maybe he will fix it? Aaron has been hit or miss for me but more hit than miss. Did you read his Weapon X book back in the day?

Sad to say that when it comes to X-men stories, Second Coming is actually pretty damn excellent.

Kurt needs to be back and stay back! I remember the good old days when he, Logan, and Pete would hang out!

@bloodtalon: I never read Weapon X, but I've heard God of Thunder is really good.

@squares: not to me. It was weak, it lacked the fun and adventure that I like in my X-stories and killed my favorite X- man for a Jean rip off plot device. But if you like it good for you
