We all know that Sam Jackson is a "bad-ass mofo." When the reports first came out that it didn't look like he'd appear as Nick Fury again, it was a bummer. Then it was reported that Marvel signed a nine picture deal with him. We've seen some images of him during filming of Iron Man 2. Is he going to be kicking some ass this time around?

Unfortunately, no. Jackson has told MTV:

Not this time, not yet. We still haven’t moved Nick Fury into the bad-ass zone. He’s still just kind of a talker.

He did mention that he filmed scenes mostly with Robert Downey Jr. He also filmed some with Scarlett Johansson as well. Here's a video you can hear the words straight from his mouth.

This is good news. The guy's a hack and my respect from him (which was pretty low at the time) met a whole new level of "crappyness" when he acted like he did as The Octopus in The Spirit.

Which is why I have yet to watch the movie even though I really really like the Spirit. Actually, that's really why I haven't.

Cursed mtv news video! I can never watch them! seeing as how I'm stuck in CANADA!, I didn't mind the Spirit either, and Sam jackson is no HACK!

I don't know what MTV has against the rest of the world. It's a short video. The quote I put is the main part. That and he mentions RDJ and Scarlett.

meh, its gotten to the point where all Sam has to do is sit down in a chair take a sip of water and blink, and everyone including me will go OMG THAT WAS SO BAD@$$!!! besides he's signed a 9 movie deal with marvel, having him do to much at the begining would cause people to get pretty damn tired of him pretty fast, especially if he's whoring himself across the marvel movie bandwagon
