I thought the New Gods were multi-versal but I found a scan of an Earth 9 Orion
New Gods
Team » New Gods appears in 728 issues.
Created by Jack Kirby, The New Gods are ruled by the wise and benevolent High Father on the planet of New Genesis, while minions exist only to serve the dictator Darkseid on the twin planet of Apokolips.
The New Gods Not Multi-Versal
DC comics have done this countless of time. Earth 9 was originally a non conan comic which was produced by tangent comics later on they decided to make it part of the DC multiverse(earth-9). They did the same thing with kingdom come which was a possible future were the superheroes going rampage.
I have no idea what to say. I always thought that the New Gods only existed in one reality. Many even debate whether or not Crisis on Infinite Earths even affected them.
The New Gods can still be multiversal without retconning this out. Earth-9 characters are counterparts to mainstream characters in name only. Earth-9's Superman isn't a Kryptonian (he happens to be a metahuman with psychic powers, born on Earth), and Earth-9 Orion has most likely very little (if anything) to do with the New Gods.

" @warlord1234: Uhm, so...? "So therefore there should not be any other version of the new gods.
