In the scene where all the villains are in the Hood's hideout and they're bitching about whether or not to stay on the job, there's a character that the Wrecker refers to as "Laserbeam" but I'm not sure if that's just a smartass remark or the character's name. I can't find any information on a character named Laserbeam, only Laserbeak (and boy is that a stupid name!).

Any help?

doesnt ring a bell he might be just a generic villain addition theres a few of them in the gang, whats his costume look like.
