Bendis wrote this for his Avengers title. It's Bendis so pay no attention to it.

Pretty much all the stuff that was in there has happened already and it was originally going to lead into AoU, but got pushed back for AvX so by the time we got AoU no one remembered that image, but it has all been resolved.

For me by this point Hickman has made the characters so dark I'm hoping they don't succeed. Murder on a planetary scale, assuming the powers and responsibilities of gods and then just giving up, lying to friends, family... It's like Diogenese looking for an honest man and never finding one. There's no one in the mu who won't betray a family member or team mate for an agenda that's good or bad.

Let'em all die. At least the Iluminati. They aren't worth much as heroes anymore and I can't really find any reason to cheer the rest of the heroes on.

It's funny I was totally against a reboot six months but now I am totally ready for it. It's not cause I am confused by backstorys or anything. I don't have a problem following any storylines either.

I think now if they didn't reboot I would be a little disappointed.

Do you think Hickman will revisit his Future Foundation ending with Doom getting 2 completed Infinity Gauntlets from alternate universes? He is not the type of writer to have such a huge ending without it meaning something big eventually. The time gem from the 616 universe is still missing too...

Love this series, but I'll be honest, to see them totally annihilate one of my favorite books (planets) Supreme Power, Squadron Supreme..... (so sad).

And that Molecule Man page was freaking amazing... Doctor Doom will save us all.

@undeadpool The book opens up with "Eight Months Later." The issue is a flash forward. I'm sure the gaps will be filled in soon.

I never usually read a comic more than once, but I've been reading the latest issues of this three or four times. Corvus and Proxima are probably the best characters to be introduced in a long time and the new Terrax is just awesome.
