New Avengers #61

Siege tie-in! This issue makes it one more issue closer to this series coming to an end. So i'm following this series intently to see how this series will end. We have Brian Bendis writing this and Immonen doing the art. Immonen makes this issue hard not to pick up. In my opinion he is one of the best artists in the industry. But let me get to my review of this issue. In the beginning of this issue we see Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes watching H.A.M.M.E.R ransack one of Steve Rogers old safe houses. Thats not good. Then out of no where Steve and Bucky get taken from behind by the Living Laser and the Corruptor. A battle ensues and will be continued next issue i guess. We also get to see Spidey and Spider-Woman have a heart-to-heart, and in the end they too get jumped by a couple of the Hoods goons trying to make a name for themselves by taking out members of the Avengers. So thats pretty much it for this review. This series is due to end with issue #64 so def pick this up and the up coming issues to see how this great series will come to its end.
