Perhaps You Should Pull Up Sharply
With a strong Nebula #1 issue one would hope the storyline would take off, but alas no. The empire strikes back. What started with the possibility of a great space swashbuckler has crash landed into a Stars Wars plot troupe. This story continues with a stranded Nebula paired with a tough young orphan who maintains illegal water collectors in the barrens. Nothing new here, as our heroine and orphan have to fend off the attack of the male alien hillbillies. Don’t expect any rise of the character development. Return of the same artist and colorist as the first issue. Cover art has nothing to do with the story, if fact it seems like it’s the wrong cover completely since none of the characters are in the book. Are they phantom menaces? Marvel needs to step in fast and give us a new hope. This book is uninteresting and may become the last Nebula. C-
