    Nautikos is an ocean world with buildings that resemble Venician homes. Every 10 years there is a festival of light where cosmic rays fill the sky. The Silver Surfer and Dawn Greenwood go to enjoy the festival, since it is not like anything on Earth.

    The festival was interrupted by Cap'n Sharrr and his gang of pirates. Thankfully the Silver Surfer was on hand to protect the innocent and save the festivities.
