    Instead of going in to detail of events of this Issue, like i usually do on my reviews, I will tell you which one was my favorite story and why this issue gets a 4 on my behalf.  The plot summary does a well job of describing the individual stories, it would be redundant for me to do the same thing.  My Favorite one is drum-roll......
