1. Rinne Sharingan (Evolved)

Given enough chakra reserve, Sasuke's left eye is the only dōjutsu capable of both the 6 paths power of the Rinnegan and the Amaterasu and the enhanced "Eye of Hypnotism" of his left Mangekyō, as well as space-time Ninjutsu similar to the Kamui of the Sharingan. It is basically the reassembly of the Rinnegan and the Mangekyō derived from the original Rinne Sharingan.

2. Rinnegan

Rinnegan is the most exhaled eye of the "three great dōjutsu", and among them the only kekkei mōra, possessed by Hagoromo, are perhaps the greatest. It can perhaps only be produced by possessing both Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan and Six Paths chakra. This Rinnegan is the eye Hagoromo evolved that surpassed the very Rinne Sharingan that it originates from.

3. Tenseigan

Similar to the Rinnegan, Tenseigan can be acquired by possessing both Hamura's chakra and additional Byakugan transplants. Being in the Ōtsutsuki clan, Toneri and his ancestors probably retains the undiluted chakra of Hamura not due to choice, but as a consequence of residing on the Moon. Hamura's Tenseigan evolved from his kekkei mōra Byakugan are still likely to be greater than Toneri's Tenseigan, which was said to be incomplete.

4. Rinne Sharingan (Original)

Though Kaguya has the pre-requisites and the chakra, she is not proficient enough in Ninjutsu to fully utilise her eye to the full potential. Her red Rinne Sharingan is incapable of the Six Paths unlike the Hagoromo's purple Rinnegan and Sasuke's purple Rinne Sharingan.

5. Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

Sasuke's and Madara's EMS are the only 2 designs revealed in the series. Since Hagoromo's Mangekyō is kekkei mōra, it is by default an EMS and do not require an eye transplant. Since Hagoromo already has Six Paths chakra prior to the awakening, the Mangekyō awakened evolves into a Rinnegan immediately. Indra, being directly related to Hagoromo, also awakens EMS by default, thus being able to summon the Perfect Susanoo. However, he did not inherit Six Paths chakra, thus unable to evolve the Rinnegan.

6. Jōgan

The Jōgan seems to be an intermediate stage from the Byakugan to being a Tenseigan, not unlike the EMS from the Mangekyō to the Rinnegan. It could be the result of inheriting, from Hinata, Hamura's chakra with the Byakugan. But unlike the EMS, it is a separate Dojutsu of its own right, as stated by animator of Boruto Chengxi Huang. It could also be a result of any combination of Naruto and Hinata's characteristics (including Hagoromo's and Hamura's chakra).

7. Sharingan (Generic)

The Sharingan is one of the "three great dōjutsu", the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan, though first derived by Hagoromo as kekkei mōra. While the main uses are copying jutsu provided the physical capabilities and hypnotism, its greatest ability is the reality warping Izanagi, which upon use causes the eye to close permanently (unless another eye is awakened).

8. Byakugan

Byakugan is the third of the "three great dōjutsu" which gives the user near 360º diameter field of vision, and see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan. The most powerful one is likely that of Kaguya, which is able to release pressure that overpowered even Hamura's Byakugan.
