Here's a funny thing.  During some office shenanigans at Marvel, Editor Nick Lowe had his desk covered with Post It notes because he seems to leave them everywhere.  He Twittered the following image to share with all of us:

You can see Cyclops in the background as well. He's firing his eye beams past Namor (which leads me to believe they are not chasing him). On one hand I would love to see Namor end up in the X-Men. He's one of the most regal mutants of all time and should have a place on the premier mutant team. On the other hand, I still want to see him answer to T'Challa for setting him up.

I see Cyclops now.  I would be surprised if Namor was every running away from anyone.

I thought maybe he was running away, then I remembered: this is Namor we're talking about.

He's on the cover for the November issue of Uncanny.  So, strangely, it seems that Namor will be a part of the Nation X storyline.

Wow, thanks for the credit. I wasn't expecting that. Just passing along something one of the members on the Marvel Boards posted. That really doesn't look like the posture of someone running away from something, but toward something. Not to mention that Wolverine and Colossus  don't seem to be looking at him, but past him. About the image. I believe that after Utopia there will be some kind of split. The Dark X-Men may remain, but no where near the full roster they used to have. Some will side with Osborn and the others will join the X-Men. I also believe that Emma is playing Namor. Though some day soon he's going to find out about Shaw being alive. Fraction has said as much in interviews. "

  @G-Man: Cyclops in the photo is just below Namor's armpit on our right as looking at the image. You can clearly see his optic blast. There is someone standing next to him, but I don't think it's Havok unless he dons his old outfit.

Honestly, I friggin' LOVE Namor, he is one of the few truly douchy characters in comics.  If they could figure out a way to slap Quicksilver, Namor, The New Ant Man, Task Master, and maybe Elektra (gotta have a hottie); and stick them on a team together; it would be comedy gold.  I almost wanted to say Deadpool as well; but he's been a little over exposed lately.
