I have yet to see Raven appear in the pages of ASM. I could actually see both Peter and Raven working together as well against each other. Does anyone else feel that Raven would make for an interesting partner/adversary for Spider-Man like The Black Cat?

I would suspect that Spider-Man might have had a relationship with Raven before through her appearance as Mary Jane, Felicia Hardy, Carol Cooper, and Crissy Ironwood respectively. Does anyone thinks so as well?

Would it make an INTERESTING story, yes, certainly. Y'know what else would be interesting? A nuclear bomb hidden inside a teddy bear. Should either of these things be done? NO.

How about the idea that Copycat is the clone of Mystique with Spider-Man's DNA! That would certainly bind Mystique and Spider-Man besides having a child they wouldn't know about.

I am just happy to see some arguments about this idea!!! If I was working at Marvel as an assistant Editor, I would be finding ways to put weird pairings into some interesting stories to read about. If everyone agreed with my ideas, it would not work. Would they? It's all about attracting interest to ideas that no one else has thought about. I don't expect anyone to agree with me. But I think that the idea that copycat was created with the use of Spider-Man x Mystique's DNA makes for a good story. Doesn't it?

@Darthfury78: Dude She-Hulk and Black Widow are already friends with Spider-man, even though they don't hang out on a regular basis in comics, haven't you read Ends of the Earth, Spidy and Black Widow are now closer than they ever were before. To tell you the truth, I don't see Spidy being close friends with Psylocke because that is just too random of a pairing, and I don't see what they would have in common. Also I don't see how Mystique would think of Spidy as a good boy toy either. Just go to Rule 34 type in Spider-man, and you'll see all of your Spider-man harem fanties come true there.
