    Forest was selected to be the head of the top-secret operation known as Project: OMAC (One-Man-Army-Corps), and responsible for transforming Buddy Blank into OMAC. Besides he created Brother Eye computer system for assisting Blank on his missions and installed in an orbital satellite.
