    Mr. Pittiulak was a family man and Farmer somewhere in the province of Nunavut, Canada until he was detained by the United States Government for stealing water from an American pipeline. He is also accused of selling munitions to Canadian rebels. It was for this reason that he was detained and taken to the infamous "Basement".
