I was not so excited for this issue because I am not a big Ike fan and I know that this would be the issue we would see him the most.
Story
We learn a little bit how Ike and how he killed his father or did he?
Best Part
Morning Glories is one of my favorite series and with every Morning Glories issue we learn a little bit more about the mystery in this series. This issue had some OMG moments. The moment I think was most OMG for me was when we found out that Ike’s father was not dead but Ike will have to kill him for real this time. So, now we will have to see if Ike is as bad as he has appeared to be in the past 11 issues we have read. But there is always an interesting part of every issue that you do not say OMG but you put in the back of your mind because you know it is one piece to the puzzle. The interesting part in this issue was when Ike did not want a guy to show a video to the trial so the guy had a heart attack right at that moment.
Worst Part
Like I said I am not a big Ike fan and this issue did not make me a fan of him. In the whole series he is pretty much just a jerk and we see more of that in this issue. I think I would have liked it more if we found out that Ike was less of jerk than what he appeared to be.
Art
I like the art for this series because it is different from other mystery series. With most mystery series the art is always dark but with Morning Glories it is light and you can actually enjoy the art. So, I think this art style is a perfect pick for the series.
