    Montgomery Battle was a war veteran in Vietnam and became the warden for a state-of-the-art facility called the Cage that incarcerates superhuman criminals. Nicknamed "Constant" Battle by the cons and is a man that takes no bull from anyone and has a severe obsession with control.

    Montgomery Battle was created by Frank Tieri and Sean Chen in 2001 and first appeared in Wolverine # 164.
