The Avengers want to jump right into the fight against the Mole Man, but Mr. Fantastic convinces them to wait for 24 hours to see if the FF can handle things by themselves, due to the danger of Sue being held a prisoner....... (2) Fantastic Four #1 (Volume 2) - Once again Sue is being held a prisoner, but this time she is helplessly bound as a gruesome monster is fast approaching her. Luckily, the Thing saves her at the last moment....... (3) Fantastic Four #89 - Mole Man shoots Mr. Fantastic with his power staff. This causes Sue to become distraught. She jumps on Mole Man in a real frenzy and attacks him. However, he throws her off and quickly aims his power staff at her. Fortunately, the Human Torch dives at Mole Man, thus saving his sister........ (4) Ultimate Fantastic Four #59 - What happens here is the exact opposite of the prior three encounters.
