Black Bolt wouldn't have to do anything. He'd just hold it generate an aura of badassery. "Speak softly and carry a big stick."

Bullseye was just for fun. He'd have an indestructible projectile that would always return to him. I also kinda wanted Doom to pick it up when he tried it that time.
