Origin
The son of famous mobster and singer Tony Silencio, Benito was raised to eventually take his father's place. At some point, either on his own or under the direction of his father, he began a business relationship with Melmoth.
Creation
Benito Silencio was created by Grant Morrison and Frazer Irving. He made his first appearance in Seven Soldiers: Klarion #3.
Major Story Arcs
Seven Soldiers of Victory
Silencio helps Melmoth pitch his search for Limbo Town to a group of investors. Following this plan's failure he joins Melmoth and the investors in travelling to the gold mines on Mars. When Frankenstein arrives to kill Melmoth, Silencio is amongst those who are initially saved from the closing of the tomb doors. However, Frankenstein susses his involvement in the slaving operations, and feeds him to the flesh-eating horses of Mars.
