Okay hear me out first given the right well enhancement he could be the strongest mutant ever. If Apocalypse were to recruit him and increase his powers, perhaps some new ones, he could be insanely powerful. Or maybe he could gain increased powers some other way. But in any case he would be incredibly powerful. Picture this Mimic with Hulks strength, Juggernaut durability, Xavier's telepathy, Northstar's speed, and X-Man's telekinesis

Great list if you switch Jean for Quentin Quire and Franklin for Jim Jaspers.

Mimic should copy Multiple Man's dupe ability and Fabian Cortez's mutant amping ability.  Then make a copy, amp himself with Cortez's power then copy the dupes mimic ability at it's highest potential(full strength 5 more slots) Lather rinse and repeat until he can copy every mutant ability.

    Then he came make his own army mimics;
Mimic TOTAL Control: Scarlet Witch, Nate Gray, Jim Jaspers, Mr. M, Exlir
Mimic Geneneral: Jamie Braddock, Mikhail Rasputin, Post, Cable and Magik (powers)
Mimic Berserkers: Colossus, Deadpool, Quicksilver, Strong Guy, Namor
Mimic Troops: Iceman, Human Torch, Storm, Wolverine, Profesor X
Mimic Assassins: Dust, Mercury, Elixir, Shadowcat, Nitro
Mimic Death Guard: Selene, Wither, Calisto (with tentacles), Maverick (with anti-healing factor), Micromax
Mimic Special Unit: Lifeguard, Darwin, Vulca, Havok, Cloak and Dagger (I count them as one)

    No and no.
    "

The reasoning being Jean and Quentin are both Omega-level telepath's and telecinetics, which mean they have both limitless power. So far equal, but quentin also has a super-genius intellect which means he can understand use his powers better.

Jim Jaspers can manipulate reality without limits, Franklin is limited in that he burns out his powers every now and then. Not limitless.
I don't really see why you think he's more powerful than Jaspers.

Big question is in't all this guys were naming affected by Leech's powers? So should Mimic lose the abilities he is retaining at the moment if Leech was to get close to him?

X-Man was more powerful than her by far. Just look at what Stryfe did to her during X-Cutioner's Song (shut off her powers completely, using only his own powers to do so).

Doesn't really matter since it already happened. I'll never understand what's so difficult to grasp about the fact that Sinister engineered X-Man to be the most powerful mutant. To be more powerful than Jean. Without the Phoenix, X-Man surpasses her easily (So do Cable and Stryfe at full power).

Cable,Stryfe and X-man are all the same person..and what has X-man done that proves he's more powerful than Jean? I assume their powers rivaled each other..not that he was easily above her.

Did you not read X-Cutioner's song? Stryfe turns her powers off at will. Her and Cyclops. To me, this indicates that he is more powerful. Cable created Providence, kept it afloat, fought Silver Surfer, broke his board, etc. Jean is no rival to that kind of power.

Ok I now have a way to my Mimic top dog first he get his powers advanced by Sage so that way he can now copy up to 10 power sets at one time then he copies the powers of Cyclops, Colossus, Wolverine, Vulcan, Havok, Ms Marvel, Franklin Richards, Invisabile Woman, X-Man and Madrox and that is that.

Ok I got a good one check this out. As you know Mimic can only copy 5 power sets at one time. So what if he copied Madrox that means Mimic can make at lest 25 duplacates of himself. Now all of the duplacates have the same Mimic power the real one has and every Mimic duplacate copied 4 power set of different mutants. so then the real Mimic pulled all of the duplacates back into himself then all of the power sets the duplacates copied are his. is that even possible?

Real Mimic - Madrox, Deadpool, X-Man, Beast, Cyclops + Duplacate Mimic - Jean Gray, Vulcan, Colossus, Wolverine, Madrox = Real Mimic - Madrox, Deadpool, X-Man, Beast, Cyclops, Jean Gary, Vulcan, Colossus And Wolverine. Now thats just 2 but I think you get the idea.

I think he's more like an fully developed interdiminsional sentient Cosmic Cube, who for some unknown reason, powers seem to decrease with every new appearance. I could be wrong seeing as his back story is very suseptible to retconning. Where did you get your information?
