Michael Fleet was on a cryptozoological expedition in the North of Canada in order to search for the legendary Wendigo. However, the group was caught in a blizzard and the rest of the team were buried under ice. In order to survive, Michael was forced to eat the flesh of his comrades which enacted the cure of the Wendigo, turning him into the legendary beast.
Michael Fleet was created by Joe Kelly and Pop Mhan for Marvel Fanfare #2, the first issue of a two-parter with Fleet as the antagonist.
