A movement has begun in a hard-off neighborhood in Miami. A man, Oakley Mason, has returned from a mysterious military service to find him hometown overrun by violence, gangs, drugs, and corruption. He is determined to fix the issues which has plagued the community he grew up in for the sake of the next generation.
With the strength of a militia force posing as a construction company, he leads a revolution to push out the negative elements and rebuild the dream community he envisions. But has he made more enemies than friends in his quest? Can one man really make a difference?
