I've seen a lot of people saying Wolverine can dance around Hulk, and can stall him for a while, but truth is, Hulk has better super speed level ratings and better speed feats than Wolverine.
Of course that doesn't mean Wolverine can't operate at Super Soldier level enhanced speed, he certainly can. Just that both Super Soldiers, Sabertooth and Wolverine is not passing beyond level 2 speed in most of the marvel's official power grid;
Super Soldier Captain America's speed level;
Level 2
Sabertooth Speed level;
Level 2
Wolverine speed level;
Level 2
Hulk's speed level;
Level 3 in both official sources, which is above Super Soldiers and Wolverine's official Speed level.
So, I've no idea how people can claim that Wolverine can jump around Hulk, when;
1- Hulk is officially faster than him.
2- Hulk has gigantic reach advantage against him.
If you are wondering what a reach advantage is,
Almost before every martial art fight or a boxing fight, they give this info to let you know who has the reach and height advantage in a fight.
When two martial artis are fighting, reach and height is also an advantage, if you have a longer reach, you can control the fighting distance easier, the fighter who has shorter reach has to work harder to get inside.
Wolverine can only dodge Hulk's attacks, if Wolverine somehow senses Hulk's moves via his animal instincts and his extreme fighting experience and martial art combat skills, then it's possible that Wolverine can dodge an attack from Hulk, otherwise Hulk simply blitzes Wolverine.
As he already did several times before;
