Frankly I'd classify most of those as ultra-high morals to the point of superiority complexes like Reed, Stark and Scott.

Ultimately something like morality is extremely subjective.

@ruler: going to completely disagree with your list. Frost and Xavier, as telepaths are suspect (by definition telepaths can be underhanded, but neither have unilaterally altered the state of the world to their own ends), and Red Hulk/Ross has issues, but by and large they all exemplify Very high moral standards, even demon deals Strange

People like Punisher - who's ends justify the means - are low morals characters - even with their own personal morality compass.

I don't get what the OP is getting at? In terms of general morals (as in, good vs bad), I'd say the majority of the characters listed fall on the good side.

When I think of questionable morals, I think of anti-heroes, anyway.

Eddie Brock, Kaine, Punisher, and Wolverine at some moments.

heroes with low morals are not heroes at all
many writers have gone way to far with "humanize" heroes and have made them criminals.
originally, Scott, Xavier are good morally stand up guys
As for morally being subjective. It isn't. How about ur sister gets raped? how subjective would you feel about that.

@phisigmatau: Yeah, but the guy who did the ravaging probably isn't as torn up about it, hence subjectivity. Plus, really dude? Gotta play the rape card?

@ruler: I'd say that's a pretty good list of people who are morally ambiguous. Most of them (minus Frost and Rulk) started off with a very high moral standards, but as writers would have it they either had skeletons in their closet or (in the case of Reed and Tony) have been actively bastardized by more current Marvel writers. Either way, not a bad list.

@thefool: Cyclops is definitely one of the bastardized ones.

@darthmummy: Mostly yes. He's always been a bit unfaithful, so there's that. Really any psychic chick who shows any interest in him and he's all "Jean who?"

But turning him into Magneto-lite certainly made little sense to me.
