    Origin

    Marvel italia was born in the spring of 1994 as one of the European subsidiaries of the publisher of Marvel Comics and Marvel's first piece of the future Europe.

    In 1999, the restructuring of the Marvel Comic ends, and is decided on the sale of Panini.

    The property of Panini S.p.A. Italian returns, and the two companies to separate return.

    Panini keeps intact the management staff who had managed the company under the ownership of Marvel, and so is the publishing division, which continues to be called Marvel Italia.
