His attack potency considering the durability of leviathans and such is block to city level. Although I don’t know if he could actually cover that much area. He has a city busting feat but it’s not super consistent.

@erkan12:

1) That moon wasn’t even totally destroyed by Thanos

2) The ig beam is unquantifiable

1) The full surface of the Moon has been destroyed by an incomplete IG blast.

2) Fully powered IG is capable of killing half of the universe.

Stormbreaker overpowered it.

Still Moon level after Stormbreaker.

Look at first gif he only ripped apart half of surface of moon which seemingly was even 10x smaller than our moon + was even very close. This meteor shower was to me mach 1-3 at least. IG beam is unquantifable.

If The IG was using that level of power while trying to block Stormbreaker it would have been fried, just like it was when Thanos snapped

@erkan12: The "damage" Stormbreaker can take does not = "damage" it can deal. Said damage is also of unknown power/type. As stated above.

No one has ever fought the Destroyer, so we can’t really compare this with anyone there is. I will say that I am fairly certain Doctor Strange could beat the Destroyer, same goes for Scarlett Witch and maybe Iron Man. The rest no way.

With 5 seconds to charge, city block seems the most accurate.

Without context like ice or the vibranium spire that seem to amp his attack, probably city block but that's hypothetical since he's done nothing close. His biggest lightning bolt per his statement wasn't even building level

Less than 5 seconds charge, small city level Attack, weakest MCU Thor

His pure lightning alone is easily multiple mountains level,

Make a comparison with the mountain sized Surtur.

Hold on, are you comparing a shot taken from the Bifrost, to a wide shot where you can see a huge section of the bridge?

@erkan12: lol....that's just light show, you should see the after effect, nothing but the balcony was damaged.

Surtur actually destroyed the palace

That's not low at all. Very few high tiers have city block levels of concentrated damage output.

People voted City lmao, that first attack in Infinity War seemed pretty charged and it's AoE would barely touch 5 houses

City. In the Sokovia feat the shockwave from his hit destroys a ton of the buildings.

I wouldn't say a big city though. Probably just like a small town. Like I feel like he could destroy the small desert town from Thor 1 where he fought the Destroyer in 1 hit. No one says "town level" though.

I see it as large city block/multi city block when going all out with lightning/striking. Stormbreaker can likely can do a little bit more then that as well through concentrated force rather then spread out. As Jayc said, I could see town level as well

City level.

Edit: that's without Stormbreaker, with Stormbreaker he's a planet buster because he can summon the Bifrost.
