I think I remember it surviving the sokovia explosion so I think a bit more than that, whatever that level would be

What buster level is needed to break MCU Vibranium?
For a rough estimate we can put it way beyond building level or city block level.
I would guess that Thanos' best shots were at the city level, since that seems to be where MCU feats peak.
The Chitari Metal (Leviathan) was going through buildings like butter and Vibranium is stronger so much stronger than Building level. City block level
The vibranium Spire in AOU no-sold a city destroying blast.

There is no paint on the silver part.
You can even see the gouges all the way down in the second image.
As long as you have a cutting weapon that can damage vibranium, whatever busting tier you would put this in.
So maybe around small building level?
If you don't have a special weapon it would take a lot more.

Do you mean a Leviathan? If so,the same amount of steel would go through building with ease.
OT:Vibranium could be even more than City level.Depends on it's amount etc

I also thought it was scratched, but after seeing Endgame, I don't recall any visible scratches on it (unless I had to just look very closely). I'm confused.
Wall level
Depends on the amount of metal.
This. But as I think the most recent movie made clear, anyone at Thanos with sword's level or higher can bust MCU vibranium to at least a degree.
